At ZenSkill, we offer digital products and services, including online courses, virtual workshops, and educational resources. As all our offerings are delivered digitally, we do not ship any physical products.

1. Delivery Method

All purchases made on ZenSkill are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with access details.

  • Course access/workshop tickets are delivered instantly or within 5–10 minutes.

  • In case of live workshops, the joining link is shared by email and/or displayed in your ZenSkill account.

2. Delivery Timeline

Since our products are digital:

  • Access is generally instant after payment.

  • If you do not receive access within 1 hour, please contact us.

3. No Physical Shipping

ZenSkill does not ship physical goods.

There are no shipping fees, delivery partners, or logistics involved.

4. Access Issues / Non-Delivery

If you face any issue such as:

  • Not receiving access email

  • Broken or expired workshop link

  • Unable to log in
