1. Submission of this admission form signifies that the applicant has read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth by ZEnskills.
2. Admission to any program offered by Zenskills is subject to seat availability, eligibility criteria, and payment of applicable fees.
3. Admission is confirmed only upon payment of the required fees and completion of necessary documentation.
4. If you are in any installment or monthly plan that it will be important to pay the fees before 5th of each month.
5. All fees are payable in full at the time of admission unless a written installment or monthly plan has been approved by Zenskills.
6. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where Zenskills cancels a program or denies admission.
7. Any bank or transaction charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
8. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to ZEnskills’ refund policy in effect at the time of withdrawal.
9. Zenskills reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. 
   
10. All students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and respectful behavior toward trainers, staff, and fellow participants.
11. Zenskills reserves the right to suspend or expel any participant for misconduct, breach of rules, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
12. Zenskills respects your privacy. Personal data collected through this form will be used solely for admission, administration, and communication purposes.
13. By submitting this form, you consent to Zenskills storing and processing your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
14. Zenskills shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in its programs.
15. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the course.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat State.
17. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad
