Admission to any program offered by Zenskills is subject to seat availability, fulfillment of eligibility criteria, and payment of applicable fees. Admission shall be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or approved installment plan) and completion of all required documentation.
All fees are payable in full at the time of admission unless a written installment or monthly plan has been approved by Zenskills.
For participants enrolled in an installment or monthly payment plan, it is mandatory to pay the applicable fees on or before the 5th of each month.
All bank charges, transaction fees, or related costs shall be borne solely by the applicant.

By enrolling and submitting this form, the participant grants Zenskills the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such recordings or images, in whole or in part, across various platforms including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Participants who do not wish to be recorded or featured must notify Zenskills in writing prior to the commencement of the program. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, Zenskills does not guarantee complete exclusion from all recordings.
Zenskills respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through this form will be used solely for admission, administrative, and communication purposes.
By submitting this form, you consent to the storage and processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Zenskills shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in its programs.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad.
