Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZenSkill, we provide digital products such as online courses and workshop tickets. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund on Digital Products
All purchases of online courses, workshops, and digital content are non-refundable.
Once access is granted or a workshop seat is booked, we cannot provide a refund due to the nature of digital delivery.
2. Cancellation Policy for Workshops
Workshop tickets cannot be cancelled once booked.
If you cannot attend a live session, you may request:
Access to the recording (if available), or
A seat in the next batch (subject to availability).
Please contact us at least 24 hours before the workshop to request rescheduling.
3. Course Access Issues
If you face issues such as:
Unable to access course
Broken or missing links
Did not receive login credentials
Contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will ensure you receive access.
Note: This does not qualify as a refund, only a technical resolution.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice due to a technical error, notify us with payment proof. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
5. Event Cancellation (By Us)
If ZenSkill cancels or postpones a workshop for any reason:
You may choose to attend the rescheduled session, or
Request a full refund for the event fee.
Refunds for such cases will be processed within 7–10 business days.
